Your Order ID is in the confirmation email from DoorVapes and on the checkout success page. It looks like #12345.
Can I track an order without an account?
Yes. Enter your Order ID and the billing email you used at checkout to track as a guest.
When will my order arrive?
Local delivery orders placed before 5:00 PM are typically delivered between 5:00–10:00 PM. Shipped orders show their latest carrier status here once your tracking number is added.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately at doorvapes@gmail.com or use live chat. If the order hasn't left, we’ll update the address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can usually change or cancel it. Email doorvapes@gmail.com with your Order ID.
