Delivery Questions
Most delivery questions are answered below. Reading this before contacting DoorVapes will get you a faster answer.
How long does delivery take?
DoorVapes delivers the same evening on orders placed before 7PM. This is not a shipping service a DoorVapes driver delivers directly to your door between 8PM and 10PM. Inner Vancouver orders typically arrive closer to 8–9PM. Outer zones like Langley, Maple Ridge, and North Vancouver typically arrive 9–10PM.
What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery?
7PM. Orders placed after 7PM are fulfilled the following evening. DoorVapes delivers seven days a week including weekends and most holidays.
What delivery zones do you cover?
Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Langley, and Maple Ridge. Minimum order $30. No delivery surcharge on any zone.
How do I pay?
DoorVapes accepts e-transfer only. Payment instructions appear at checkout on doorvapes.ca. DoorVapes dispatches your delivery once e-transfer payment clears.
Do you require ID at delivery?
Yes. DoorVapes requires government-issued ID at every delivery. 19+ only. The driver verifies age at your door before handing over the order. No ID means no delivery.
My order has not arrived what do I do?
If your order has not arrived by 10:15PM and you have not received a message from DoorVapes, contact us using the form above or call the nearest store location. Include your order number and delivery address.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact DoorVapes immediately using the form above or by phone. Address changes are only possible before the driver departs. Once dispatched, DoorVapes cannot redirect the delivery.
What is your return and refund policy?
DoorVapes does not accept returns on vaping products once delivered due to health and safety regulations. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact DoorVapes within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and a description of the issue.
